MUNSON ONA: (1903-1955) American actress, remembered for her portrayal of Belle Watling in Gone with the Wind (1939). A good, scarce vintage signed sepia 7.5 x 9.5 photograph of the actress seated in an appealing semi-profile three-quarter length pose with her back turned towards the camera. Signed in dark fountain pen ink across a light area at the base of the image. Signed photographs of Munson are scarce as a result of her death by suicide at the age of 51. About EX

Le travail de la maille torsadée n'est pas sans rappeler celui d'un des colliers que porta la princesse Soraya sur l'un de ses jeunes portraits, après sa rencontre avec le Shah d'Iran.
