STONE OLIVER: (1946- ) American film director, Academy Award winner. Signed 8 x 10 photograph of Stone standing in a three-quarter length pose, with a small viewfinder around his neck, alongside Jim Morrison´s grave site at the Pere Lachaise Cemetry in Paris. Signed by Stone in black fountain pen ink with his name alone to the image. EX Stone co-wrote and directed the 1991 biographical film The Doors, based on the history of the American rock band The Doors and portraying their lead singer Jim Morrison as a larger-than-life icon of 1960s rock and roll and counterculture.
