POITIER SIDNEY: (1927-2022) American actor, Academy Award winner. A good vintage signed and inscribed 8 x 10 photograph of the young, smiling Poitier in a head and shoulders pose as the rebellious but musically talented student Gregory W. Miller from the American social drama film Blackboard Jungle (1955). Signed by Poitier in bold blue fountain pen ink to a light area of the image. One very light, extremely minor crease to the upper right corner of the white border, otherwise EX Provenance: The present photograph was inscribed to Roy Moseley, author of several film star biographies.
