Description

Morocco, Anti-Atlas, first half 20th century Frontal ornament. Pair of silver coin fibulas, one dated 1299H./1881-82 and the other 1320H./1902-3, linked by a double chain and a large central square plate, in silver with yellow and green enamel decoration, enhanced by blue, green and red glass plates, embellished with coin pendants, one dated 1336H./1917-18. A hook is used for hanging (one fibula detached). Length: 51 cm; Gross weight: 300 g
