Relief tendril decoration, on the underside the coat of arms of the House of Savoy, on the lid medallion with royal blue enamel, on top U under crown (king Umberto I, 1878/1900} set with approx. 50 old European cut diamonds totaling approx. 0.50ct. Approx. 150.10g. Good condition, lid with minor dents on the inside.
