Description
MAZARIN DESKTOP "aux fleurs de jasmin" rectangular shape with curved front. It is veneered with precious woods and native woods (olive, rosewood, walnut, boxwood). It opens with 2 rows of 3 drawers framing a curved door topped by a small drawer. It stands on girdle legs joined by an attractive X-shaped brace and ending in blackened wooden loaf feet. The top is elegantly inlaid with flowers in geometric frames (restorations). Circa 1700. W.118 D.64 H.84.
