Based on the "Vase de Chalmont" designed by Hector Guimard, Ceramic vase of ovoid form, with a wide opening and four openwork handles around the rim, glazed in brown-green with drips on the outside and blue-green on the inside. Monogrammed and numbered "1380" and "3" under the base. H: 31 cm , DL: 35 cm (a restoration at the top) A blue and brown-green enamelled ceramic vase from te Five-Lilles Factory that revives the "Vase de Chalmont" design of Hector Guimard. Monogrammed and numbered "1308" and "3", under the base . H : 12,20 inch , DL : 13,78 inch (a restoration on the upper part)

Hector-Henri Malot, known as Hector Malot, was a French novelist. He was born on May 20, 1830 in La Bouille, not far from Rouen, and died on July 18, 1907 in Fontenay-sous-Bois. Hector Malot was the author of some sixty novels. The best-known today are his novels for children: Romain Kalbris, Sans Famille, En Famille.
