France, 1st World War. Adrian model 15 infantry helmet reused by the Passive Defense road control during the 2nd World War. Factory 98% midnight blue paint with brush-painted white perimeter band. Original Model 15 horizon blue "flaming grenade" front badge (the badge was not removed when the white band was painted). 1st type inner cap in black leather. Chinstrap missing. The letters "DP" (Défense Passive - Passive Defense) are engraved on the white band on the front left side. (Wear and minor wear, unusual. Good condition).

Rare Prussian Cuirassier troop helmet model 1852/67, hemispherical steel bomb with embossed rear reinforcement ring. Lobster-tail nape with brass snap ring and 11 rivets. The two-degree visor is also edged with the same visor ring, with a fine tip base held in place by four rivets (one missing). Brass mantelpiece with two holes, steel tip, brass Prussian heraldic eagle, curved scale chinstrap (15 scales) on leather settee, cylindrical chinstrap rosette, the right-hand rosette holds a serrated Prussian cockade. Bomb with slight rust foam. Black leather-covered nape, green-painted visor, black-painted bomb interior. Missing cap. Easily restorable helmet, quite rare. Used during the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1871. Condition 2

Composite officer's or senior non-commissioned officer's spiked helmet (adapted from a firefighter's helmet?), nickel silver trim, long removable spike on cloverleaf base, gold star-shaped rivets, flat scale chinstraps also in nickel silver, nickel silver nape stiffener, round visor with nickel silver visor collar. Wolfs tooth leather interior. Two repainted roundels. Helmet mounted with brass Garde eagle plate, pierced crown, silver Garde star center, mounting screw displaced and re-soldered with tin. No cracks, varnish intact. Condition 2

Bavarian Landwehr composite crawler helmet. Black leather bomb, visor and chinstrap sewn to the bomb by a black leather bourdalou, flat scale chinstraps on leather settee, held to the helmet by two leonine mufles, black bearskin chenille. The bomb is reinforced with vertical brass rods, one of which is fitted with a pencil holder holding a ponceau-red carrot, with its black wolf-toothed leather interior. No Bavarian cockade. Condition 2
