Doppelschale/Double Tray, Mappin & Webb, Birmingham, 1929 on a total of 8 feet, two rectangular bowls with profiled rim, connected to a rectangular vessel with handle, probably for oil or petroleum for heating the sealing wax, right and left with small openings, in the center opening with screw cap. Silver, hallmarked with anchor, walking lion and year letter E, next to master's mark MN&WB. Sold in Paris with the mark Mappin & Webb, Paris, Fabrication anglaise. H. 7 cm, l. 22 cm, w. 15 cm. Weight 408 g.
