Betrifft den Streit des Berliner Bürgers Johann Stolpe mit seinem Nachbarn Georg Weber, der seinerseits gegen Stolpe geklagt hatte, da dieser direkt neben seinem Speisezimmer und seinem Bierkeller einen Abtritt habe errichten lassen, wodurch ihm das Tageslicht genommen worden und eine beträchtliche Geruchsbelästigung entstanden sei. - Faltspuren, gebräunt. - Dabei: 2 Ausschnitte mit eh. Unterschrift von Wilhelm I. von Preußen. Auf Kt. mont. Signature on a petition concerning a dispute between neighbours. - Foldmarks, browned. - In add.: 2 cutouts with the signature of Wilhelm I.
