He made his debut in 1869 and sang with great success in London , Vienna , Madrid , Lisbon , South America , Moscow , and Warsaw . In St. Petersburg, Masini performed in 1877 at the Imperial Italian Opera and participated in it until its closure. After that, he visited St. Petersburg many times, taking part in Italian opera performances at the Panaevsky Theatre , the Maly Theatre, and the Aquarium. He last appeared on stage in 1905 (as Almaviva, with Ruffo as his partner). - This item is under temporary import.
