Maine-et-Loire) in favor of the heirs of Raoul de Caradeuc, for property located in the parish of Montreuil-sur-Maine (Maine-et-Loire). Parchment deed, in French France, [Lion d'Angers (?)], June 11, 1414 Holes or lacerations to parchment, some text missing. Dimensions: 430 x 280 mm. Raoul de Caradeuc's heir is Maître Henri de la Boessiere, heir and executor who asserts his rights before the "court of Leon" (Lion d'Angers?). The de Montalais family was originally from Anjou, whose main title was the seigneury of Chambellé or Chambellay.
