La chierie infernale, a tale that is not a tale. S.l. s.n. [c. 1789] In-8° : 4 pp. Bradel half vellum mod. mahogany paper boards, gilt title on spine. In soft ivory laid case. A rare and very amusing satirical pamphlet in verse, published during the Estates General of 1789. Excerpt: "[...] Qui, rassemblant la ruse & l'artifice,/ De la Ferme, à Louis [XVI], insinueront le vice,/ Et par l'horreur & ses pièges divers,/ Seront cités excrémens des enfers [...]". Ref.
