Description
A rare cased Adams percussion revolver
dating: about 1855 provenance: Regno Unito, Octagonal, rifled, 11 mm cal barrel with rear sight and front sight; smooth five-shot cylinder with marks of the London test bench. Frame outlined at the border, marked "ADAM'S PATENT No. 3504" and with "LAC" mark under crown within a shield. Safety lock. Beautiful, original, 95% browning. Checkered, wooden butt, iron butt-plate. In its wooden case lined with green cloth inside and with the label of Henry Tatham in London, provided with several tools.
