A flintlock travel pistol

dating: Second half of the 18th Century provenance: Europa, Smoothbore, two-stage barrel octagonal at the first segment with remains of silver inlays and with a mark on the back, featuring an acanthus-leaf frame at the girdle, 14 mm cal at the nozzle. Lock engraved with floral motifs and rocaille. Slightly-carved, wooden full stock, brass mounts, smooth escutcheon on the back, brass-tipped wooden ramrod.
