An 1870 model Gasser revolver

dating: about 1870 provenance: Austria, Cylindrical, rifled, 11 mm cal barrel (clean bore, visible rifling), provided with front sight and fore-end, with mark "T" at the base and "L.GASSER / WIEN". Six-shot cylinder with crowned mark "LG 72" (for the year?). Working mechanism. Frame with non-legible marking "T7.Lst.B. / 29" (probably department numbers). Hammer with remains of bluing. Handle with knurked, wooden grips. Ring for the strap.
