An 1870/87 TS model Vetterli rifle

dating: 1874 provenance: Brescia, Round, rifled, 10,4 mm cal. barrel (clean bore, clearly visible rifling) with octagonal base, marked "BRESCIA", "1874", "BD" and with serial number "A 5xx", adjustable rear sight, clutch for the bayonet, foresight. Working sliding-revolving bolt, without covering. Wooden, full stock, butt marked with the same serial number and with stamp "F.A D'ARMI TORINO RIPARAZ.E 1886". Iron mounts and ramrod. Magazine with black paint.
