dating: 1852 provenance: Austria, Round, 18.1 mm cal barrel with octagonal base with rib, bore with twelve rifling, marked "FERD. FRUWIRTH" at the base, foldaway rear sight with a range from 150 to 700 feet (approx. 112 - 525 mm), front sight. Lock with Augustin system dated "852" and with imperial mark. Full stock made of fine light wood, marked "F.F. 1852" under the butt. Original iron mounts and ramrod. Very rare.
