A small sword with silver decorations

dating: Late 17th - Early 18th Century provenance: Francia, Straight, double-edged blade of hexagonal section, with lenticular base and engraved with crossed bands and floral motifs. Fine, iron hilt with small oval valve, loop guard and faceted pommel, all decorated with silver floral motifs. Wooden handle covered with iron wire binding and Moor's heads made of metal wire of two different materials.
