dating: Second quarter of the 20th Century provenance: Giappone, Hira-zukuri blade with Hi, hamon partially visible, hada not visible, some slight pitting. Nakago mumei with a Mekugi-ana. Gilded copper habaki. Military brass hilt with remains of gilding. Quillon marked "SA". Mekugi in two gilded metal elements with head depicting cherry blossom. Grip made of ray skin-like material. Gilded brass wire binding. Wooden Saya with brown covering, the mounts with cherry blossom in relief. Two rings. Release button on the cap.
