An imposing qama
dating: 19th Century provenance: Caucaso, Extremely long, double-edged blade with asymmetrical grooves, with an inscription in Arabic on the right side. Typical hilt with horn grips (small missing parts) with yellow, metal rivets. Complete with leather-covered wooden scabbard (missing parts), the opening lined in burgundy velvet and with threaded bands. Iron loop. Rare considering its size.
