Netsuke of a female sea creature (ningyo). Boxwood. Early 19th century. Signed: Korakusai With a long fish body and flapping tail fin, the female head stretched forward and with long hair lying over her back, merging into the dorsal fin, she is wringing out two thin strands of hair with her hands.
