Camille Armande Marie Germaine Brice de Vièle (1876-1959) was the daughter of Ille-et-Vilaine MPRené Joseph Bricede Vièle, and granddaughter of playwrightCamille Doucet. On February 13, 1901, she married Paul Deschanel, future President of the French Republic - Undated A.S. letter concerning an offering she wished to make to her interlocutor. Signed "Germaine Deschanel". Letter accompanied by a Carte de visite of thanks, headed "Madame Paul Deschanel", signed with her initials "GD".
