Timour, plate no. 18 in Indian ink and white gouache highlights from the episode "La Tribu de l'homme rouge" ("The Red Man's Tribe") published in the December 31, 1953 issue of Spirou under the title "La Horde de Timour" ("Timour's Horde"). Timour and Naoûm explore caves, but are spotted by an enemy tribe. Beautiful chiaroscuro inking. Watercolor on verso. (Sticky paper on sides, folds and staple holes at top). Size: 41 x 58.8 cm.
