Description
All-sided curved walnut scribanne chest of drawers opening on the front with four drawers and a flap revealing twelve drawers, a concealed leaf and three secret drawers. The ormolu handles and lock escutcheons are carved with scrolls and jagged shells. It is surmounted by a large bookcase opening with two glazed panels, the fluted jambs framing a frieze of Greciques topped by a cornice. 18th century work. Height: 280 cm. Length: 59 cm.
