Pouring neck in the shape of a duck's head. Question mark shaped rosewood handle with female head and rosettes. Silver marks: guarantee mark Southern Netherlands 1814-1832 (Dutch period) with letter A for Brussels inspection chamber (inside rim of lid); possibly Belgian 19th-century hallmark (from 1852 legally required in the Netherlands); hallmark silver 2nd amount; Belgian re-inspection mark (1832) used for works from Dutch period; initial D with dagger for master mark and unidentified mark.
