Extremely rare complete run of this foundational underground fetish periodical, established and edited by photographer, artist and cartoonist John Willie (John Alexander Scott Coutts, 1902-1962). Willie was a well-respected erotica artist and is best known for his fetish illustrations and bondage fantasy comics; he was not only the editor of this publication but also served as its photographer and illustrator. Both Willie and Bizarre had a far-reaching impact on later fetish-themed publications; however, given Willie's reclusive nature and Bizarre's underground distribution, this influence has gone largely under-recognized.
