Beautiful poem of 9 quatrains published in La Revue Blanche on February 1, 1900, and collected in Le Deuil des primevères (1901). The manuscript is dated "December 1899". "Guadalupe de Alcaraz has golden mittens, pomegranate flowers hanging from her ears and two heart-catchers like two enormous on her smooth virgin forehead"...
