Note: "The Asafo is a traditional organization of warriors responsible for defending the coastline of the Akan peoples. Asafo companies and regiments are emblazoned with standards decorated with applied motifs.

Comb with nine teeth (one broken), the upper part of which is in the form of a shelf with a rounded top and decorated with a chief seated on a stool holding his cane. 1st half of the 20th century.
