He sends him "an article that appeared this evening in the Paris newspaper, which seems to me to be very interesting for English newspapers. Don't you think it would be a good idea to translate it and give it in full in a major newspaper? It struck me as absolutely right, very flattering for your compatriots, very true, summing up admirably my entire visit to London. [...] We had an excellent crossing. - Thank you again for your kindness in guiding me through London"... Enclosed is an autographed envelope to the editor of the journal Gegenwart in Berlin, [Oct. 3, 1893].
