Description
Jules BARBEY D'AUREVILLY (1808-1889). L.A.S., [early June 1882], to Jules Guérin (editorial secretary of Gil Blas); 1page in-8 in red ink (framed, ink slightly faded). Concerning the publication of Une histoire sans nom in Gil Blas (June 5-22, 1882). "These 8 sheets will make the first serial. They may not all be of this length, but this is the first blow of the novel, which must be struck. It's the introduction to its mystery".
