Request for additional seats for a play by Victorien Sardou [Odette]: "You are most certainly the most intelligent Director of the Paris theaters, but will you be the most amiable for me personally? I have received my service at the Triboulet for Sardou's play, but can you arrange a ticket for a lady friend of mine passing through Paris", to be sent to his address 25 rue Rousselet... "If you cannot, Monsieur, for I know the tyrannies of the first performances, it will change nothing [...] in the idea I have of your kindness"... Beautiful signature with red plume.
