Generally fair condition. CONTAINS E.A.: - L.a.s. from Marie Remiche to monsieur de Chaffenbort in Seraing. Liège, 11-10-1660. 1 p., small red wax armorial seal (complete). Word carried by Guillaume d'Othée, addressed to the son-in-law of M. de Gerbehaye in Jehay-Bodegnée, concerning an annuity on land in Blavier. - "Memoire des reveries d'un pauvre aveugle qui a la gloire de son Prince et de son Peuple a coeur". [Liège, ca. 1789]. 8 pp. in ff. Some stains, creases from mailing. Period copy given to Comte de Lannoy de Clervaux by Comte de Ghistelle. Reflections and advice addressed to the prince-bishop on reforms to be undertaken. - Recueil de chansons par M.r le V... de [redacted text]. S.l., [ca 1785]. [9-1 bl.] ff. Some light staining. Voltairean songs, some dated 1778, 1784, 1785. - L.a.s. from Théodore Lafontaine to "Ma chère Thérèse" (his wife) "chez Monsieur de Wybaril au Parc à bruxelles". Varsovie, 19 mars [1807?]". 1 p. Tears with paper reinforcements without noticeable loss, some foxing. Letter from a soldier, probably of the Grande Armée, hospitalized in Warsaw for illness, recounting his misfortunes and destitution.
