BOOK CATALOGS. 1 manuscript and 2 prints. - Manuscript, 6 pp. in-4, circa 1720, "Cathalogue abrégé des livres de feu Mre Marguerit prêtre". Theological and historical works, listed by size, ending with a list of "books both bound and manuscript", many of which are by Marguerit. A period note on the back indicates that this library was bequeathed "to the Hôpital St Jacques de cette ville", in return for the payment of an "innestingible" pension, the hospital undertaking to ensure the books' proper preservation. [This was probably the library of Abbé Guillaume-François Marguerit, a priest of the diocese of Aix-en-Provence, who published several opuscules in 1717, and of the Hôpital Saint-Jacques d'Aix-en-Provence (now the Hôpital Paul Cézanne). - Atlas catalog. Printed 2 pp. in-4. [Paris], Veuve Hérissant, imprimeur des bâtimens du Roi, October 1788.
