Its sober design and the turning of the legs make clear the idiosyncrasy of the Castilian style. The upper area that gives way to the tabletop has a central drawer that does not retain the handle. The piece is topped with a simple rectangular tabletop, without moldings, as is usual at this time, raised with a lot of flight on a high waist. Although in the Middle Ages, as was the case in the 16th century, the tables of the courts and great houses were simple tables on tassels, where the richness lay in the rich fabrics that covered them, the popular table always had a great prominence, as can be seen in the painting.
