Domed plaque in polychrome enamel painted on copper, with gold highlights, depicting the Virgin Mary in profile in an oval medallion surrounded by four spandrels in relief. At the bottom, the inscription "MATER DEI" followed by the monogram IL in a white band. Pink counter-enameling, with inscription "Laudin Emaillieur a Limoges" followed by the monogram IL. Limoges, Jacques II Laudin, late 17th - early 18th century. H x W: 8.5 x 7 cm (old edge restoration). Presented in a blackened and gilded molded wood frame (H x W: 18.5 x 16.5 cm, small acc.).
