Gross weight: 14.4 g. Niels Erik From is considered one of the masters of Danish jewelry design. He started out as a goldsmith in the 1930s. His stripped-down style emerged after the '50s. He adopted theSkønvirke style, a Danish Art Nouveau style marked by highly floral decoration. As time went on, his design became more abstract and even modernist, like the bracelet shown here. After his death in 1986, his son-in-law took over until the workshop closed in 1990.
