This quality of enamel reproduces the sun's rays on a gallant scene in the countryside close to those of Louis-Joseph Watteau of Lille. The scene between the seated lady and the man on her knees could pass for harmless if they were not joined by a bunch of grapes, a symbol of pleasure and even lust. This decoration is surrounded by a border of bluish enamel in the shape of fine foliage. In other words, it's time to rejoin your loved one. Manual mechanical movement with key (present).
