Carved ebony bow, veneered with bone fillets and plates engraved with various motifs, William Tell on the cheek (restoration on the lower part of the cheek), scimitar crossed with an axe, lictor beam, Swiss flag trophy, conch shell and miscellaneous. Bone groove, stirrup, nut, iron trigger guard and trigger with stecher. Steel bow with string. Switzerland. Late 16th, early 17th century.
