in white limestone, holding a rose in her left hand and the Infant Jesus in her right. The group stands on a cul-de-lampe bearing a shield with the inscription "MIA" (abbreviation of Maria). Two strong wrought-iron hooks on the back. France, 15th century. Height: 81 cm - Width: 27 cm - Depth: 24 cm (visible damage, erosion and missing parts) PROVENANCE - Jules Archdéacon Collection (1855 - 1935). - By descent to the present day.
