THONET FRÈRES - WIEN 7813 & 7613, models in the Thonet catalog from [1904]. Rare salon composed of a sofa and a pair of armchairs. Structures in steamed, curved, mahogany-stained beech; the backs of each seat evoke butterfly wings. The seats and backs are upholstered in original stamped leather with stylized flower motifs on a trellis-like background. Circa 1910. Used condition. The sofa and one armchair stamped THONET with hot iron inside the waistband, one armchair bearing a very incomplete THONET label also inside the waistband.
