Dismountable reclining bed in black-veined brown wood, molded with rocaille decoration, with openwork cartouche backsplash centered on a man's mask, resting on eight arched legs, terminating in leaves, and joined by a large carved strut. En suite ornate crosspieces. Frame upholstered in old repoussé leather, decorated with a central cartouche with dolphin and rocaille border. Hinge and steel screws. Bed: 153 x 1935.5 x 100.2 cm - Frame: 181.5 x 85.5 cm Backsplash side ornaments missing. Torn leather supporting the frame upholstery; wear and minor damage to the embossed leather. Wood partially insolated on one side; a few cracks and chips, a few accidents and old restorations, finial to be refixed.
