Presumed portrait of Pierre Dedons, Marquis de Pierrefeu. Oil on canvas. Titled and dated circa 1689 on the back on a label. 54.5 x 40 cm. Repainting, posterior stretcher, wear and restorations. Wood and gilded plaster frame with scrolls and shells (accidents and missing parts). Marquis de Pierrefeu, member of the Parliament of Provence. Councillor Hyacinthe-Henry-Emile Dedons, Marquis de Pierrefeu, was born on September 27, 1762 in Aix-en-Provence, parish of Saint-Esprit.
