Presentation of a health officer, 1st class pharmacist, by the Health Commission of the Military Hospitals, citizen Lehanneur, native of Avranches, pharmacist since 1786. Commission members included physicians Antoine Dubois, Bayen, Berthollet and Pelletier. The document is also countersigned by several members of the Comité de salut public, including Barère, Billaud-Varenne and Carnot.
