Large drawing occupying the upper half of the sheet (approx. 15 x 17 cm), female profile with exaggeratedly open eye, variant of the painting entitled La Femme du Maçon. Below, Magritte thanks his correspondents for their greetings, "dear potential apologists. Georgette says the same to you. [...] Thanks also for the photographic essays - and see you soon, we hope. [In 1960, the documentary Magritte ou La Leçon de choses, filmed by Luc de Heusch and scripted by Jacques Delcorde, which explored Magritte's artistic approach in fifteen minutes, including an interview with the painter's wife Georgette.
