Portico clock made of French red marble, resting on four knurled feet supporting a plinth base. Smooth upper entablature resting on gilt bronze column capitals, with structural support functions. Gilt bronze dial frame with palm decoration, white enamel dial with Roman numerals for hours, Breguet-shaped hands in burnished steel, movement with metal suspension, with hour and half-hour chime on bell on partiore wheel.
