violin case traversed and ornamented with plant and floral friezes on feet in foliate scroll form, cymatium surmounted by gilt scroll and floral element, gilt bronze dial finished in relief, with blue numerals in twelve within white enamel cartouches, burnished steel hands, square-shaped movement, anchor escapement, striking the hours and half-hours on passage on bell with partiore wheel. Clock complete with pendulum and key and fitted with shelf. Currently in working order. The clock: h. 76 cm, w. 36 cm, d. 16 cm; shelf h. 33 cm, w. 42 cm, d. 23 cm. Overall height 118 cm.
