Letter on letterhead with logo, one page, sent from Palacio Real de Madrid on December 22, 1917, typewritten, final greetings and autograph signature in black ink by Alfonso XIII - Good condition, central fold, two holes on the left edge for archiving, stains scattered, measures 21x27 cm Alfonso XIII of Spain, son of Alfonso XII, became king of Spain at his birth, although he only assumed power in 1902 (his mother Maria Christina of Habsburg-Teschen held the regency from 1885 to 1902). He was deposed on April 14, 1931. For some French monarchists, he was also a legitimist pretender to the throne of France and Navarre with the name of Alfonso I
