Pair of large candelabra in chased and gilded bronze, adorned with statuettes of a Chinese couple in celadon porcelain, with three elaborate arms decorated with foliage in relief, ending in plant-shaped bobèches. The openwork Rocaille-style pedestals are formed of broad foliage scrolls and surmounted by a base supporting the statuettes. The smiling Chinese couples are shown standing, one holding an oyster and the other flowers, with celadon blue and green decoration. 19th century (one statuette's arm and oyster shell broken).
