Abridged reprint of the in-4 edition of 1768, published by Paul François, illustrated with 45 plates and 2 folding tables. Copy in contemporary binding, complete with all 7 volumes published in 1770, which is rare for this work. A two-volume supplement appeared in 1774. (Most headpieces missing, corners dulled and some wear rubbing. Last plate of volume 3 torn but not missing.)
